It's the best compliment I've ever received—and it's from one of my really good friends, too. I've never looked at "nice" as a bland word ever since.
I've had a site since 1997 (before Blogger, yo!) and it seems like domains expiring won't stop me. So, I'm back on Blogspot. (: And yes, I still like backward smileys. I bake cookies, cupcakes, and things. I like taking pictures, love listening to music, and can't stop making lists. I've been pinning things lately.

I've never had a turtle pie..why is it called turtle? :) sorry. I hope this isn't a stupid question..not a baker :( happy new year.
Roma, from what I know, it's called turtle pie because it has a (chocolate) shell and it's kind of smooshy inside (which I suppose what the inside of a turtle is like, haha). Plus, there are pecans (which my pie is missing).
