Ten Things I'm Thankful For

♥  A first time for everything.
♥ Contemplating a week-long vacay. Then not keying in your credit card details. It's the thought that counts, haha.
♥ Making invites for my best friend's baby girl. Plus, figuring out how to make bunting brushes on PS!
♥ Finishing a book. No matter how tiring it got.
♥ Starting a new book!
♥ People who are genuinely happy for you.
♥ Making a friend's wedding website!
♥ Counting down the days to a concert.
♥ Rediscovering old music you love.
♥ Last minute thrills.

Ten Things I'm Thankful For

♥ Grabbing the last Chanel-y cardi in my size. On the closing day of a store (which I find out about days later).
♥ Sharing a Fil-Mexican dinner with old friends and ending sweet with yummy ice cream.
♥ Seeing Les Misérables twice! Cried both times.
♥ Getting through our monthly report, which I still dread every month.
♥ Getting our mockups approved! I'm so happy that I apparently still know what I'm doing seven  years (!!!) into this job. And I'm lucky that I'm always blessed with great people to work with.
♥ People still think my goods are worth ordering! ♥
♥ A new episode of The Vampire Diaries. Team Delena all the wayyy!
♥ Hassle-free weekend shoot that ended early enough for me to catch Saturday Mass with my Dad.
♥ My favorite Tuna Corn Casserole for our weekend grub!
♥ Fresh stock of my favorite 3-in-1 courtesy of my first friend in college.

Songs I Like: "A Little Fall Of Rain" from Les Misérables

Watched the movie adaptation last night and absolutely loved it. In another life, I would have wanted to be a theater actress, haha! But unfortunately for me, I have no acting or singing skills to pursue that career. So I'll just live vicariously through the peeps who are legit. Like Lea Salonga. Man.

And Do You Still Think About Me?

Take It One Day At A Time

And just like that, the second week of the first month of 2013 is almost over. One of my friends, Patty (who's always #totessobes!), shared that her parents say the first 12 days of the year usually signal what the weather will be like for the rest of the year. If that's the case, 2013 will hopefully be much cooler than 2012 was. And gloomy. Perfect for hot cocoa, for snuggles, for cozy knits, and for lots of warm love. (:

If the past 12 days have been any indication of what the rest of my year will be, then there will be a lot of: babies (exciting!), family, crafting, rackets, food, friends. And that doesn't sound too shabby. I'll take it. (:

Songs I Like: One Direction's "Kiss You"

I've only seen it thrice so far. Can you believe it? Haha! I've been laughing at all the hilarious GIFs popping up on the Interwebs. Carry on.
