I'm on Day 16 of the 30 Day Shred. I'm not really sure if I'm on my way to being shredded, hahaha. But I don't feel as sluggish as I did before doing this workout. I'm extra conscious about the junk I put in my body (not to say I don't indulge myself every so often). Plus, I didn't get cramps when I got my period yesterday, which is the best thing that's come out of this so far! I usually get super weak and inconsolable during that time of the month and I'm happy to report I soldiered on and did Day 15 on my first day!
I really have nothing else to post about. Apart from being busy with work, there's really nothing happening to me right now. I just wanted to post so you wouldn't think I literally died from working out. Hahaha. To end, let me quote Jillian Michaels: "I want you guys gargling your heart by the time this 2 minutes of cardio is up." Haha, have a great Sunday!
